Hotel Reservations
Attendees will receive a discounted rate of $224 per night (plus tax) at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort (which includes the resort fee). If booking your reservation by phone, call (800) 222-6543 and mention Heritage's Resource Bank Meeting to get the discounted rate.
The group rate is also valid three days before and after our event dates for attendees who would like to extend their trip.
Reservations Deadline: Please book by Friday, May 11, 2018, to receive the discounted group rate. The group rate may be available after that date only on a space-available basis.
Reservations Deposit: All reservations must be accompanied with a first night’s deposit plus tax, guaranteed by a major credit card.
Cancellation: Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Included Resort Fee: The daily resort amenity fee is included in the group rate and provides resort wide high-speed internet access, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, two resort signature cocktails per stay, two bottled waters in guest room per day, two chairs and one beach umbrella per day, one-hour rental of non-motorized water sport equipment per day, two fitness classes per day, and one-hour snorkling tour for two guests per stay. Located 60 minutes north of the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort.

The hotel does not offer shuttle service to or from any airports.
Parking
Self-parking is available for hotel guests at a discounted rate of $15 per night. No sales tax required.
Valet parking is available for $41.34 per day, to include a 6% sales tax.
