Hotel Reservations: Attendees will receive a discounted rate of $219 per night (plus $10 discounted resort fee & tax) at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. If booking your reservation by phone, call 512-308-1234 and mention either The Heritage Foundation or The Heritage Foundation's Resource Bank Meeting to receive the discounted rate.
If you are interested in extending your stay, the discounted rate will be available three days pre and post event, based on the hotel's availability. Please note that the hotel is currently sold out for nights after the event and has very limited availability prior to the event.
Reservations Deadline: Please book your room by Friday, May 7, 2021, to receive the discounted rate. We cannot guarantee that rooms will be available or that the group rate will be honored after the cut-off date.
Reservations Deposit: All reservations must be accompanied with a first night's deposit (plus tax) and guaranteed by a major credit card.
Cancellation: Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring 72 hours prior to arrival.
Parking: Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $9 per day (plus tax & service). Valet parking is available at $38 per day (plus tax & service).
