FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The well-being of our attendees and staff is a top priority for The Heritage Foundation. We are carefully monitoring the ever changing conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic and are committed to ensuring that appropriate health and safety measures are in place at the 2021 Resource Bank Meeting. 

Registration for the 2021 Resource Bank Meeting is $450 for on-site participation. Guests who register by Friday, April 9, will receive an early bird rate of $400 to attend. Virtual viewing is complimentary.

In observance of the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa's adherence to federal, state, and local Bastrop County guidance and orders related to COVID-19, as well as the hotel's corporate requirements and protocols aimed at maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, attendees can expect the following measures to be in place onsite at the time of the event, subject to change:

 

  • Proper spacing, contactless measures, and cleanliness standards maintained throughout the resort and within function setups.
  • Face coverings are optional for fully vaccinated guests. 
  • Social distancing.

No, you are not required to be tested or vaccinated in order to attend. As proponents of personal responsibility, we ask that you monitor your health leading up to the event.

The Heritage team is committed to keeping you safe and comfortable when gathering with others. To ensure everyone is following the recommended guidelines, we will have a designated facilitator responsible for ensuring these guidelines are taken seriously. Hotel staff will also be monitoring for compliance.

Should you feel sick or fear that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 before or while traveling to the meeting, we ask that you discontinue your in-person participation in the event and alert a Heritage representative via email or phone. If necessary, quarantine measures within your hotel guest room should be discussed with the hotel directly. We will gladly convert your in-person registration to virtual access, and refund your entire registration fee if you are not well enough to participate.
